How to Navigate, Access and Participate in Your Course

To access each week’s homework, handout materials, transcripts and recorded calls, please hover your mouse over the ‘Classes’ tab and choose the week you need. All prep materials are loaded in your membership account as each week gets unlocked.

What kind of time commitment per week should I expect?

Classes about 60-90 minutes. Homework for each week takes an hour or so, but you can put more time into the practices and exercises.

How long will I have access to the course material?

Your membership includes lifetime access to all files and the ability to download audio files, transcripts, homework and handouts. This means you can go at your own pace, or come back to the course anytime.

Am I required to get any tests done or purchase any products or supplements mentioned in the course?

No, they are only suggestions or recommendations, and are only encouraged if you have the financial means to do so.
